- We feel that its important to share that we have been closely tracking the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and implementing a course of action based on guidance provided by federal agencies and the CDC.
- Most importantly, we want you to know that we always put our guest and hotel team first.
- With that in mind, we want to assure you that, as always, we are operating under already high standard and closely following recommendations protocol in our hotel to ensure the health and safety of our guests and team members.
How We Are Being Proactive
- Reminding you, our valued guest, that operational standards are the highest in the industry and we clean and sanitize our guest rooms and public area consistently.
• Ensuring that our team members come to work healthy and that established cleaning and sanitation procedures which are already in place not only meet but exceed standards.
• Cleaning supplies to ensure proper disinfection and providing staff with necessary tracking and verification tools to ensure compliance.
• Along with using commercial hospital grade cleaners and disinfectants in our rooms we have increased the frequency of cleaning our public areas including the lobby, elevators, door handles and public bathrooms.
• We will continue to adjust food and beverage service in accordance with current food safety recommendations and will be using disposable items for breakfast and in our lounge

- 2020 AAA Inspector's Best of Housekeeping Award. This designation is given to properties who have received the entity's highest score of "A" for (3) consecutive years. Just 25% of all approved properties earn this AAA badge of cleanliness.
What type of cleaners does the hotel use for the guest rooms and public areas?
- We have been using are antibacterial and effective in killing viruses, bacteria, and other germs.

- Our entire housekeeping team has a specific protocol in place on advanced cleaning methods to take precautionary, extraordinary steps to ensure the safety of our guest and hotel team.
- In addition to our normal cleaning schedule, we have added 16 hours daily to continuously clean all “touchpoints” in our public areas.
Do you provide hand sanitizers?
Yes. There are hand sanitizing stations available throughout the hotel in both the public areas and for our entire hotel team.

How far is the beach?
Just under one mile and we provide complementary transportation four times a day if you don’t feel like walking. We do supply towels for the beach.
Does the Inn have a restaurant?
We do not but we provide a complementary delicious and large variety of food for breakfast. We also have a lounge open each night.

Can the Inn make dinner reservations for guests?
Yes we do this often in our concierge can assist you in making reservations at any restaurant in town.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is at 4PM and check-out is at Noon.
What is the cancellation policy?
Reservations may be canceled without consequence until 4 p.m. three days prior to your arrival between May 1st - December 18th. December 19th - April 30th, reservations may be canceled without consequence until 4 p.m. seven days prior to your arrival. Different cancelation policies may apply to packages and special offers and group rates Please ask the front desk staff for more information.
What happens if I don't arrive for my confirmed guest room reservation?
There is a no-show charge of one night's room rate plus tax, which is charged to the credit card on file.
What is the minimum age requirement to check into a guest room?
Guests must be at least 24 years old, and have a valid photo ID and credit card to check into a guest room.
Is there a deposit when making a reservation?
We require a 1 night deposit when making a reservation.

About Our Facility
Is smoking allowed on hotel property?
All rooms, balconies and common areas are 100 percent smoke-free. However, we do have a dedicated smoking area. Please ask the front desk staff for more information.
Are Pets allowed?
No. Our hotel is pet-free to ensure a peaceful, comfortable atmosphere for all of our guests.
Is there on-site parking?
Yes. On-site self-parking is available and is included along with various amenities with our nightly amenity fee of $39.95 plus tax made on or after February 1, 2023.

Yes. A delicious lakeside breakfast is offered daily as one of Inn at Pelican Bay's generous amenities.

Yes. Our on-site fitness center is open 24 hours a day and is accessible with your guest room key. The fitness center includes cardio equipment as well as free weights.
Is there a business center?
Yes. Our on-site business center is open 24 hours a day, and includes two computers and a printer. Faxing and copying services are available at the front desk.
Is there wi-fi access?
Yes. Free Wi-Fi access is available in all guest rooms and public areas.

What forms of payment are accepted to pay for my room or incidentals?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express® and Discover®, plus US dollars.

You must contact the website you booked your reservation through.
Does the hotel provide shuttle transportation to the beach?
Yes. We offer several complimentary, scheduled trips to and from Vanderbilt Beach on our six-passenger electric motorcar. Shuttle transportation is available for guests ages six and older.
Does the hotel offer rollaway beds or portable cribs for guest rooms?
Yes. Rollaway beds or portable cribs may be rented based on availability and is included in our Resort Fee.
Does the hotel supply beach and pool towels?
Yes. We loan towels for guests to use at the beach and pool.
