ABOUT OUR POLICIES

  • What are the check-in and check-out times?

    Check-in is at 4PM and check-out is at Noon.

  • What is the Cancellation Policy?


    Reservations booked for arrival from November 1st through April 30th must be cancelled by 4 PM


    7 days prior to arrival or a one-night deposit will be forfeited. Restrictions apply to special promotional rates.


    Reservations booked for arrival from May 1st through October 31st must be

    cancelled by 4 PM


    72 hours prior to arrival or a one-night deposit will be forfeited. Restrictions apply to special promotional rates.

  • What happens if I don't arrive for my confirmed guest room reservation?

    There is a no-show charge of one night's room rate plus tax, which is charged to the credit card on file.

  • What is the minimum age requirement to check into a guest room?

    Guests must be at least 24 years old, and have a valid photo ID and credit card to check into a guest room.

  • Is there a deposit when making a reservation?

    We require a 1 night deposit when making a reservation.

ABOUT OUR FACILITY

  • Is smoking allowed on hotel property?

    All rooms, balconies and common areas are 100 percent smoke-free. However, we do have a dedicated smoking area. Please ask the front desk staff for more information.

  • Are pets allowed?

    No. Our hotel is pet-free to ensure a peaceful, comfortable atmosphere for all of our guests.

  • Is there on-site parking?

    Yes. On-site self-parking is available and is included along with various amenities.

  • Is there breakfast at the hotel?

    Yes. A delicious lakeside breakfast is offered daily as one of Inn at Pelican Bay's generous amenities.

  • Is there a fitness center?

    Yes. Our on-site fitness center is open 24 hours a day and is accessible with your guest room key. The fitness center includes cardio equipment, Peloton bike, as well as free weights.

  • Is there a business center?

    Yes. Our on-site business center is open 24 hours a day, and includes two computers and a printer. Faxing and copying services are available at the front desk.

  • Is there Wi-Fi access?

    Yes. Wi-Fi access is available in all guest rooms and public areas.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

  • What form of payment are accepted to pay for my room or incidentals?

    We accept all major credit cards including Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express® and Discover®, plus US dollars.

  • Is there a resort fee?

    $54.00 plus 11% tax.  The resort fee at the Inn at Pelican Bay, Naples, Florida, includes a daily amenity fee that covers a wide range of services and facilities. This includes breakfast, Wi-Fi, parking, beach transportation, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, bicycles, and access to the 24-hour fitness and business centers.
