TERMS & CONDITIONS

Cancellation Policy: 

Reservations booked for arrival from November 1st through April 30th must be cancelled by 4 PM

7 days prior to arrival or a one nights deposit will be forfeited. Restrictions apply to special promotional rates.

 

Reservations booked for arrival from May 1st through October 31st must be cancelled by 4 PM

72 hours prior to arrival or a one nights deposit will be forfeited. Restrictions apply to special promotional rates.

 

Reservations booked for (14) days or more from December 20th through April 30th must be cancelled by 4 PM (30) days prior to arrival or a one week deposit will be forfeited. This policy applies to transient, group and corporate reservations. 

 

Reservations booked for (30) days or more from May 1st through December 19th must be cancelled by 4 PM (30) days prior to arrival or a one week deposit will be forfeited. This policy applies to transient, group and corporate reservations. 

 

Special promotional rates are subject to cancellation terms and conditions as noted at the time of booking.

 

Group Reservations, the cancellation policy varies and will be communicated by the Director of Sales.

 

Additional add-ons (flowers, chocolates, etc.) require at least a 72 hour prior to arrival cancellation.

All cancellations and changes must be made within the appropriate cancellation times or deposits may be non-refundable.

 

Failure to check in on the scheduled date of arrival will result in the loss of deposit and cancellation of the room(s) for the remainder of the stay.

Deposit Policy:

One Night Stay and 7% Sales Tax and 5% Local Occupancy tax will be charged when making a reservation. This does not apply when booking a prepaid reservation.

Check-in time 4 p.m. Check-out time 12 p.m. Rates subject to change.

Must be 24 years of Age to Check into the Hotel.

We are 100% non-smoking hotel, a fee of $200 will be charged if you smoke anywhere outside the designated area.

Pets are not permitted. Service animals specifically trained to aid a person with a disability are welcome per ADA guidelines as mandated by the U.S. Department of Justice, additional information is available at https://www.ada.gov/regs2010/service_animal_qa.html

Late Checkout - 2:00 P.M. $60.00, 3 P.M. $90.00, 4:00 P.M. Full Day Rate – Based on availability, rates vary depending on the time of the year. 

Early Departure Fee- One night’s room & tax will be charged if you depart prior to scheduled date.

Extra Person Charge - $20.00 per additional person exceeding two people per room ages 8 and above.

The Daily Amenity Fee is currently $39.95 plus tax (subject to change). The resort fee includes Breakfast, WIFI, Parking, Beach Transportation, Beach Chairs, Umbrella, Towels, Bicycles, (Pack & Play), 24 Hour Fitness Center, 24 Hour Business Center.  Daily Local and National Newspapers, In Room Electronic Safe, Afternoon Coffee, Tea, Local & 800 calls, In Room Coffee & Tea, and Pool Towels.
