About Our Policies:

What are the check-in and check-out times?
• Check-in is at 4PM and check-out is at Noon.

What is the cancelation policy?
• Reservations may be canceled without consequence until 4 p.m. three days prior to your arrival between May 1st - December 18th. December 19th - April 30th, reservations may be canceled without consequence until 4 p.m. seven days prior to your arrival. Different cancelation policies may apply to packages and special offers. Please ask the front desk staff for more information.

What happens if I don't arrive for my confirmed guest room reservation?
• There is a no-show charge of one night's room rate plus tax, which is charged to the credit card on file.

What is the minimum age requirement to check into a guest room?
• Guests must be at least 24 years old, and have a valid photo ID and credit card to check into a guest room.

Is there a deposit when making a reservation?
• We require a 1 night deposit when making a reservation.

About Our Facility:

Is smoking allowed on hotel property?
• All rooms, balconies and common areas are 100 percent smoke-free. However, we do have a dedicated smoking area. Please ask the front desk staff for more information.

Are pets allowed?
• No. Our hotel is pet-free to ensure a peaceful, comfortable atmosphere for all of our guests.

Is there on-site parking?
• Yes. On-site self-parking is available and is included along with various amenities in our nightly resort fee of $15.00 plus tax for 2016.

Is there breakfast at the hotel?
• Yes. A delicious lakeside breakfast is offered daily as one of Inn at Pelican Bay's generous amenities.

Is there a fitness center?
• Yes. Our on-site fitness center is open 24 hours a day and is accessible with your guest room key. The fitness center includes cardio equipment as well as free weights.

Is there a business center?
• Yes. Our on-site business center is open 24 hours a day, and includes two computers and a printer. Faxing and copying services are available at the front desk.

Is there Wi-Fi access?
• Yes. Wi-Fi access is available in all guest rooms and public areas, and is included in our nightly resort fee of $15.00 plus tax for 2016.


Methods of Payment:

What forms of payment are accepted to pay for my room or incidentals?
• We accept all major credit cards including Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express® and Discover®, plus US dollars.


Miscellaneous:

I booked my room on a website other than Inn at Pelican Bay's website, and I need to cancel or change my reservation. How do I do this?
• You must contact the website you booked your reservation through.

Does the hotel provide shuttle transportation to the beach?
• Yes. We offer several complimentary, scheduled trips to and from Vanderbilt Beach on our six-passenger electric motorcar. Shuttle transportation is available for guests ages six and older. 

Does the hotel offer rollaway beds or portable cribs for guest rooms?
• Yes. Rollaway beds or portable cribs may be rented based on availability and for a fee.

Does the hotel supply beach and pool towels?
• Yes. We loan towels for guests to use at the beach and pool.
